# Terms of use

By publishing to beacon.host, deploying a worker, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. "We" means beacon.host. Contact: support@beacon.host.

## The service

beacon.host hosts static sites at `<name>.beacon.host` and runs Cloudflare Workers at `<name>.worker.beacon.host`, through a web page, an HTTP API, a CLI and an MCP server. It is free and comes with the limits listed at [/v1/limits](https://beacon.host/v1/limits). We may change features and limits, and we'll try to give notice of changes that affect existing sites.

## Your content

- You keep ownership of everything you publish.
- You give us permission to store it, copy it as needed to run the service, and serve it publicly at the address you chose. That permission ends when you delete the content.
- You're responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to publish it.
- Anonymous sites expire 24 hours after they're created unless claimed with their claim link.

## What you can't publish

- Phishing pages, credential or payment-card harvesting, or sites that pretend to be another person, company or service
- Malware, or links built to deliver it
- Spam, or pages made to manipulate search rankings
- Content that's illegal where it's published, that exploits children, or that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
- Workers that attack, scan or overload other systems, mine cryptocurrency, or get around our limits

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice when the content puts people at risk.

## Reporting abuse

Send the site address and what's wrong to abuse@beacon.host. Copyright notices go to the same address and should identify the work and the infringing page.

## No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that published content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, beacon.host isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the date below. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

Last updated 1 October 2026.
